Job Responsibilities

• To prepare Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Detailing of Layout plans, Sketch-Up, Sections, Elevations, Auto-CAD presentation (Drafting), 2D preparation 3D visualization as per requirements.
• To prepare 3D design as per the instruction.
• Follow-up construction management at the field level.
• Site monitoring & supervision of architectural works as per design.
• To coordinate with consultant about design and drawing.
• To coordinate with construction team for design, drawing and work status purpose.
• To make improvement plan & propose considering design, specification & business.
• To communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement Architectural designs.
• Prepare presentation/ technical proposal/ sample board for approval.
• Detailing of any Layout/Design for proper Estimation as well as execution.
• Determine project function and conceptual costing.
• Organize working team for site survey and give them directions.
• Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement.
• Distributing work among Engineers and CAD Operators.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor & BOD.

Job Nature: Full Time

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc. Architecture from any reputed University/Institution.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1/2 years of experience in required.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D modeling tools.
• Must visit project site as per supervisor decision (Outside Dhaka).
• Flexible of taking any kind of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both clients and team members.

Job Location: Head Office-Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable.
